1. Project Manager, Trading & Portfolio Management Systems - We are looking for an strong project manager to help grow the professional services of our wealth management business. This is a client facing role. You will be responsible for managing projects with clients, coordinating regular calls/meetings, interfacing with product management and development, and ensuring that all client projects are managed effectively.
   
   Primary responsibility will be project management of projects with existing banks and onboarding of prospects.
   
   This function will report to the Director, Professional Services.
   
   Duties and Responsibilities:
   
   • Manage and direct the development of a project from inception to completion
   • Develop and implement project plans
   • Produce communication documents when needed
   • Define goals, deliverables and scope of project
   • Align project goals and deliverables to project plan
   • Communicate project requirements to project team
   • Discuss project scope with all stakeholders
   • Communicate with project stakeholders as long as the project is ongoing
   • Draw up a budget for the project
   • Estimate the number of personnel needed on the project and which departments to draw them from
   • Delegate staff to team members
   • Identify the critical path of the project
   • Conflict resolution within the project team
   • Manage project expectations in collaboration with the project team
   • Prepare a project schedule indicating all timelines and milestones
   • Track all project timelines to ensure the deliverables meet requirements
   • Request project status reports from team members
   • Identify project risks and take steps to mitigate them
   • Define criteria for the success of the project and communicate it to all stakeholders
   • Motivate and supervise project team members and others contracted to work on the project
   • Build and grow any relationships necessary for the success of the project
   • Develop the tools and procedures for the execution of the project
   • At the end of each project, identify the elements of the project that were successful and those that were not

2. Business Analysts in Hedge Funds - Should have successfully completed CA or CPA between 1996 and 2006, must have extremely good English Communication, inter-personal and PR skills.



3. Oracle Developer - Skills include proven knowledge of Oracle 8i and 9i, SQL server. The incumbent would at least be a graduate, preferably in Engineering, with more than 5 years of relevant work experience.



4. C++ Developer - Skills include proven knowledge of C++, VC++, SQL server and should have worked in the Windows platform. Knowledge of Borland would an added preference. The incumbent would at least be a graduate, preferably in Engineering, with more than 5 years of relevant work experience.



5. .Net developers - Skills include proven knowledge of ASP.Net, C#, VB.Net, Crystal Reports, SQL server. The incumbent would at least be a graduate, preferably in Engineering, with more than 2 years of relevant work experience.
